fashion Doll Agency est une entreprise qui crée des poupées mannequins.

Tous les détails et les finitions sont réalisés dans notre atelier à Paris (France) à la main, artisanalement.

Le produit final peut donc varier légèrement par rapport aux photos utilisées à des fins de communication, dans les publicités ou sur notre site internet www.fashiondollagency.com, ce qui confère à chacune des pièces une qualité unique. Ce sont des poupées d’artiste avant tout.

 

Nos poupées sont des pièces de collection, pour un usage à partir de 14 ans.

Mais avant tout, elles demeurent tout simplement des poupées, donc des jouets au sens noble du terme. Tout grand enfant peut jouer et s’amuser avec.

 

Tout achat s'effectue à partir de notre site internet : www.fashiondollagency.com.

Rendez-vous dans la rubrique Shop, choisissez l’article souhaité, ajoutez-le au panier, ensuite cliquez sur PayPal pour finaliser vos achats et payer.

Les frais de manutention et de livraison, selon la commande, peuvent être à votre charge. Ils varient en fonction du pays de destination et du poids de la commande.

La livraison est assurée et garantie entre 2 et 4 jours pour la France, et entre 6 et 10 jours suivant le pays de destination (voir colissimo/laposte.fr), sauf cas spéciaux, contre signature. La livraison est précédée d’un e-mail de confirmation de l’achat et du départ de votre colis avec le numéro de suivi de celui-ci.

 

Si un dysfonctionnement technique se produit, causant un achat non valide suite à l’indisponibilité du produit choisi, fDA vous contactera rapidement pour régler l’incident et trouver une solution commune.

 

Nous souhaitons que tous nos clients soient à 100% satisfaits de la qualité de nos produits.

Si toutefois le client estime ne pas l'être totalement, il y a possibilité d’échange de la marchandise ou de remboursement, sous 15 jours (frais de retour à la charge du client).

 

Si votre poupée a besoin d’être réparée, notre atelier prendra soin d’elle, tous frais à votre charge.

fashion Doll Agency is a company that designs and makes fashion dolls.

Destined for collectors over the age of 14, our dolls are simply toys, but in the noblest sense of the term. Thanks to their vinyl bodies, every big "child" can play with them. Have fun!

Every detail is carefully hand-made in our French atelier, and hand-finished by craftsmen.
Each piece we make is an "artists' doll", replete with its own uniqueness, and held to the highest standards of quality.
Therefore production models may differ slightly from pre-production photos of any products used for advertising, for communications, or for display on our website.

Purchases can be made through our website: www.fashiondollagency.com.
Once you have browsed our Boutique and chosen an item, simply add it to the shopping cart. Then click on the PayPal link when you are ready to purchase.
Shipping and handling fees will be added to your bill, some items shipping and handling are included, according to the country of delivery.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, please contact us.

Insured delivery is guaranteed within 2/4 business days in France, or within 6/10 business days for international. We ship via Colissimo/laposte.fr, with signature required upon delivery, some items will take an extra delay. Before delivery, we will send you an email to confirm your purchase and shipping, with a tracking number. For the USA, once the parcel crosses your border, you may sometimes (but not always) track it through the site of the U.S. Post Office, www.usps.com, using the same tracking number. Before it enters the USA, it can be tracked on the site of the French Poste: www.laposte.fr.

If at the time of purchase, a rare technical malfunction creates a non-valid purchase for an item that has sold out, fDA will contact you right away to settle the problem and work out a solution.

Through the highest quality standards, we want every customer to feel 100% satisfied with our products.
If, nonetheless, a customer is not entirely satisfied, there is the possibility of an exchange of the goods in question, or of reimbursement. Such requests must be received within 15 business days after delivery. Shipping and handling fees will be the customer's responsibility.

If your doll needs to be repaired, our atelier can take care of her, for a fee.
